90-Day Plan FAQ

The 90-day marketing plan is the center of how we work. It is more than a posting schedule: it is one plan for your whole online presence, with your website, Google profile, Instagram and Facebook each supporting the others. Here are answers to common questions about what it covers. It starts with a setup call where we learn your business and your goals, then we build and run your marketing around them so you don't have to think about it week to week. If you don't see your question answered here, reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the 90-day marketing plan?

It is one plan for your whole online presence, not a list of posts. It is built around your goals, what you want your online presence to do for the business, such as more bookings, more calls or fuller slow days. Your website, your Google profile, Instagram and Facebook are planned together, so each one has a job and they support each other. Everything is on brand, on theme and on message, so a customer who finds you in one place recognizes you in the next. Every 90 days we look at what moved toward your goals and plan the next quarter, so you can see what is working and what to do next.

How do my website, Instagram and Facebook work together?

Each topic is planned across all of them. Say we write a blog article for your website. The same day, an Instagram post points people to that article, and a Facebook post covers the same topic. They carry the same message, but they do not look the same: the image and the wording on Instagram, on Facebook and on your website are each made for that place. That is on purpose. Each one meets people where they are, and each one leads back to your website, where they can book or get in touch.

What is included in the 90-day plan?

The plan covers your website, your Google profile, your social accounts like Instagram and Facebook, and your listings on sites like Apple Maps, Bing Places and Foursquare. We write and publish posts and blog articles on schedule, keep your hours, address and details matching everywhere, and reply to reviews and comments in your voice. Every 90 days we check what worked and plan the next quarter.

How do you know what to post about?

It starts with you. On the setup call we learn about your business, and everything we write going forward starts from what you've told us, so it's accurate and sounds like you. When something changes, like a closure or new hours, you tell us once and it goes out everywhere, matching.

Will my website, Google profile and social accounts all say the same thing?

Yes. Keeping everything matching is a core part of the plan. If your hours change or you have a one-off closure, we update your website, Google profile and social accounts together so customers never show up expecting something different from what they find.

Do you reply to reviews and comments for me?

Yes, replying to reviews and comments is part of the plan, and we write replies in your business's own voice. We never quote or name a reviewer in any post, and we don't write or invent reviews on your behalf.

What happens after the first 90 days?

Every 90 days we check what worked over the last quarter, adjust based on that, and plan the next one with you. Because your website, posts and articles are planned together, we look at what worked across all of them and build the next quarter on that. It's a repeating cycle of planning, doing, checking and adjusting, so the plan keeps getting better suited to your business over time.

Do you check anything between the quarterly reviews?

Yes. Each week we look at how your numbers are moving against your goals, check how your pages are doing in search and make one change at a time, such as a new article or a fix to a page. One at a time lets us tell what helped. Changes in search can take weeks to show, so we give each one time before we judge it, then keep what worked and drop what did not. Nothing goes live without a person reviewing it first.

Do I need to come up with ideas or write anything myself?

No. We come up with what to say, write every post and article, make the images, and publish everything on schedule across your website, Google profile and social accounts. You tell us about your business and any changes, like a closure, and we take it from there.
