Privacy Policy

Grid Pulse Media is an Arizona company. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do. We wrote it in plain words on purpose.

What you tell us on the Get started form

When you send the form we receive your business name, your name and your email. If you fill in the optional boxes, we also receive your business type, website, Google business profile, Instagram, Facebook, what you most want fixed, and how you heard about us.

We use this to read what is already public about your business, decide whether we can help, and email you a link to pick a time for your setup call. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

How the form is handled

The form goes to our own system. If that system cannot take it, it is emailed to us instead, through an email delivery service, so your request is not lost. A bot check from Cloudflare runs on the form, and it may set a short-lived token in your browser while it works.

What we collect when you visit

We use privacy-friendly page-view counts from Vercel, our host, to see which pages are read. They do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google can see that your browser asked for them.

If you become a client

To run your marketing we ask you for access to the accounts you already own, such as your Google business profile, Instagram and Facebook. You stay the owner of every account. We use that access only to do the work we agreed on: reading your listing and posts, publishing what you have approved, and answering reviews and comments. We keep the facts you confirm about your business (hours, services, prices) so what we publish is accurate. Login details for your accounts are stored encrypted and are never shown in our tools or shared.

When we stop working together, we remove our access and you keep your accounts. Your website is yours to keep.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the work: our host and database, the email delivery service, the bot check, and the platforms you ask us to post to. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request from the form while we are talking with you, and for a reasonable time afterward in case you come back. We keep a client's information while they are a client and for a short period after, so records stay accurate if they return.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the Get started form and say it is a privacy request. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this page we change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell current clients directly.
