Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the marketing service Grid Pulse Media provides. A client's written agreement, if there is one, controls where it differs from this page.

The service

For one monthly price we plan your marketing in 90-day stretches, write and publish posts and articles, keep your website, Google profile and listings matching, and reply to reviews and comments in your voice. What is included is described on the services page and the pricing questions.

We use AI tools to help write and organize the work. Everything starts from facts you give us and confirm, and you approve replies to reviews and comments before they go out unless you tell us you no longer want to.

Price and billing

The price is $1,500 per month with no setup fee, unless we agree something different with you in writing. Your custom website and the setup call are included.

Minimum term and canceling

There is a three-month minimum. After that the service is month to month and you can cancel at any time by telling us. We stop at the end of the period you have paid for.

After the first three months you can switch to hosting only for $99 a month. Your website stays up, and the posting, weekly check and replies stop until you return to the full service.

Who owns what

Your website is yours to keep, whether you stay or leave, and your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel, you can keep the site hosted with us for $99 a month, or we send you the site files and point your domain wherever you choose. The site stays live for 30 days after you cancel either way. Your Google profile, social accounts, photos and business information are yours and always were. You give us access so we can do the work, and you can take it back at any time. What we write for you, such as posts and articles, you may keep and use.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, tell us when something changes (hours, closures, specials), and access to the accounts we are to manage. We cannot be responsible for something we were not told or could not reach.

What we do not promise

We work to get your business found and kept accurate everywhere, but we cannot promise a specific number of customers, rankings or followers. Search engines and social platforms decide that, and they change their rules.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or send junk through the form. We may block anyone who does.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Arizona law.

Changes

If we change these terms we change the date at the top. A change does not apply to a month you have already paid for.
