Frequently asked questions
How much does Grid Pulse Media cost?
It is $1,500 per month, with no setup fee. That one monthly price covers your website, your Google profile and your social posts, planned, written and kept current. You can start by filling out the Get started form, which takes about five minutes.
Is this one price instead of paying separate people for each thing?
Yes. Instead of hiring someone for your website, someone else for social posts, and another person to manage your Google profile and listings, Grid Pulse Media handles all of it under one monthly plan. That is the whole idea: one point of contact, one bill, and everything kept matching across your site, your Google profile, and your social accounts.
What exactly am I paying for each month?
You are paying for a marketing plan built around your goals to run, checked every week and refreshed every quarter: posts written and published on schedule, your Google profile and listings kept matching your website, reviews and comments answered in your own voice, and blog articles that connect back to your services. Each week we check how your pages are doing in search and make one change at a time. Every 90 days we check what worked and plan the next quarter, so the work keeps adjusting instead of staying static.
Will I know what I am getting for my money each month?
Yes. A common complaint we hear is paying an agency before and never really knowing what they did each month. We build around a 90-day plan you see upfront, so you know what is being posted, where, and why, rather than wondering what happened to your payment.
Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly cost?
No. There is no setup fee. Building your website, setting up your Google profile and social accounts correctly, and mapping your first 90-day plan are all included.
Can I cancel if it is not working for me?
Start with three months, and after that it is month to month. Each quarter we meet for an hour to plan the next one, and you approve the plan before it starts. Your website is yours to keep either way. We go over the terms on your setup call so you know exactly what you are signing up for before anything starts.
What happens to my website if I leave?
It is yours, and your domain is in your name. When you cancel, you can keep it hosted with us for $99 a month, or we send you the site files and point your domain wherever you like. Either way it stays live for 30 days after you cancel. New posts and articles stop when the service does.
What if I need to slow down for a while?
After your first three months, you can drop to hosting only for $99 a month. Your website stays up and working, and posting, the weekly check and replies pause. You can come back to the full plan any time.
Do I need a website already, or does that cost extra?
You do not need one already. If you do not have a website, building one that looks like your business, not a generic template, is part of your setup. If you skip the website field when you start, that is fine too. We will cover it when we talk.
